Welcome to Kingdom Ledger Portal ("Kingdom Ledger," "we," "our," or "us"), a product of PVG TECH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thekingdomledger.com, including any related website, portal, features, content, communications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any future modifications. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit, company, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or be invited to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
If your account is associated with an organization, church, ministry, or other entity, the designated account owner or administrator may control and manage your access to the Platform, including adding or removing users, assigning permissions, viewing activity, and managing guest access.
We may rely on instructions from the organization’s authorized administrators regarding account configuration, user access, and account management.
The Platform may allow certain users to access limited areas or features through a guest account or invited-user account ("Guest Account"). Guest Accounts are intended to provide restricted access as determined by the account owner, organization administrator, or Platform administrator.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of the data, records, documents, content, and other materials that you or your organization submit, upload, store, or process through the Platform ("User Data").
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use User Data solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Platform and to comply with applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and reliability of User Data and for maintaining appropriate backups and independent verification of critical financial, administrative, and organizational records.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, processors, websites, or software, including payment and communication providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Certain features of the Platform may involve payments, processing services, subscriptions, donations, or third-party transaction fees. Where applicable, payment processing may be provided by third-party processors such as Stripe.
Any processor fees, transaction charges, or related costs are subject to the terms and pricing of the applicable third-party provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimated fees displayed on the Platform, and you are responsible for reviewing the third-party provider’s current fee disclosures and terms.
The Platform is provided as a software tool for recordkeeping, administration, and related operational use. Kingdom Ledger does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, audit, compliance, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all records, reports, calculations, and financial information and for obtaining advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM LEDGER, PVG TECH, PIERRE VENTURE GROUP LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR USE OF THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50.00).
You acknowledge that Kingdom Ledger is not responsible for financial discrepancies, missed entries, accounting errors, donation reconciliation issues, reporting errors, tax reporting mistakes, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform, your data entry practices, your organization’s internal controls, or third-party service interruptions. Users should independently verify all financial and administrative records.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Ledger, PVG TECH, Pierre Venture Group LLC, and their owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Platform or any portion of it at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected security issues, misuse, legal compliance concerns, nonpayment, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we are under no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancements, or corrections for the Platform. Any support we choose to provide is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The Platform, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, functionality, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Kingdom Ledger and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any feature.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Platform.
